    Responsibilities

    • Build, lead, and review the creative teams' work in producing customer-facing digital, social, web, print, and other graphic marketing collateral, presentations, new business, and internal marketing content.

    • Spearheaded and managed content strategy for small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, executing compelling content, and using new technology.

    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop new marketing plans, analyze results, and identify opportunities with customers and our internal teams.

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

    • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic/web designers, copywriters, social media, photographers/videographers, 3D artists, video editors, software developers, and project managers in the strategic development of customer business, their messages, and deliverables.

    • Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs, establishing production delegation by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments.

    • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative teams, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.

    • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address customer marketing goals and challenges.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidates should have five years of related experience with 3+ years of creative art direction in an agency or corporate setting.

    • 3+ years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns that develop vision and message platforms while overseeing production to keep business on time and within budget.

    • Understanding and experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, VR/AR media, CGI, animation, video production, post-production, and smart devices. Have a deep understanding of graphics creation, web design, and print.

    • Candidates should have proven experience with concept development, ideation, and customer business case presentations.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of relevant campaign management experience in a similar role.
